Dura-Line is recruiting for a driven Inside Sales Representative to join our US sales team and proactively follow up on sales opportunities and account management. In this remote position, you will be responsible for promoting and growing the business with existing and assigned accounts within your territory and proactively engage with prospective customers and develop key partnerships. We need an ambitious and competitive team member to help grow customer acquisition and revenue objectives.
Bring your customer-centric mentality and engaging personality as you will work with cross-functional groups, partner with manufacturing reps, provide tangible solutions about our products & services while building a long-lasting partnership with new and existing clients. You will collaborate with the customer service team on pricing and preparation of quotes, elevate key issues to plant managers and operations team when necessary, and support sales managers within your territory on driving sales opportunities. We need a team player that is a “go-getter” that is not afraid to pick up the phone to call clients, follow up on quotes and leads, and speak with the internal team to help drive and close sales. You must be comfortable with making dozens of calls per day, generate interest, qualify prospects, and close sales.
To “hit the ground running”, you must have at 1 to 3 years’ experience in Inside Sales, Account Executive, Account Management, or Business development in a manufacturing company. You must be business-focused, and highly motivated to selling high-value premium products. We need a competitive and well-spoken individual that wants to have the freedom to manage their territories and clients as they choose and strategically use their strengths to build a strategy to succeed. You must be tech-savvy as you will use Microsoft Office and CRM Software like Salesforce.com daily to gather and analyze data for reporting, keeping up with product information and updates, and maintain a database of current and potential clients.
What else is needed to be successful in this role?
As an Inside Sales Representative (ISR), you must be a great communicator and listener– we do not need people who just talk product, but also listens to customers and can understand and anticipate their needs and requirements. We need a driven individual that has great project management and organizational skills as you will need to stay focused to spend time on key activities to accomplish necessary goals. As you manage your territory and clients, we need an entrepreneurial spirited individual that is reliable and wants to feel empowered to implement best practices to build relationships and meet sales targets. You will manage your territory to help research and qualify new leads, build credibility and instant rapport with peers and external stakeholders, and route qualified opportunities to your team to ensure a smooth closing sales process and achieve customer satisfaction.
This role requires a talented and analytical Inside Sales Rep that can proactively identify challenges, analyze data, make recommendations for improvements, and can quickly propose products and solutions to help solve customers’ problems. We would prefer someone with a degree in sales, engineering, marketing, business, or relevant work experience.
