Job Type
- No Sunday hours
- Full or part-time positions
- Work rotating schedules including some evenings, weekends and holidays
- On-the-job training provided
What you’ll be doing
- Bake pies, bread and doughnuts
- Use electric mixers, other equipment as intended
- Use established recipes to measure and mix ingredients for a consistent product
- Use thermostatic controls to regulate oven temperatures
- Inspect baked goods to ensure only a quality product is packaged or served
- Check production schedule to determine variety and quantity of goods to bake – watch for items out of the ordinary
- Replenish tubs of ingredients with product from storage
- Clean shelves, bins, tables and coolers, sanitize prep areas
- Price baked goods for retail area
- Assist in maintaining stocked shelves and coolers in retail area.
Skills you’ll bring along
- You have great communicate skills
- You are great with details
- You can read and interpret recipes
- You can lift and/or move 10 to 20 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds
- You have SafeServ certification – but we can provide training if you don’t
