D&W Diesel is currently seeking an extremely self-motivated professional to fill the position of Human Resource Coordinator-Recruiter working out of the Auburn, NY location.
This position will be responsible for a variety of Human Resource functions along with providing administrative support to the Human Resources team. Responsibilities are related to recruitment and onboarding, maintaining employee records and personnel files, creating new hire and separation paperwork, assisting employees with requests regarding human resources related items and other various functions.
Requirements:
The successful candidate will:
Have strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
Have proficient PC skills, including Microsoft Office and Outlook
Possess effective verbal and written communication skills
Possess previous experience successfully managing multiple projects and priorities while consistently meeting established deadlines.
Have experience maintaining a high degree of confidentiality
Previous experience in Human Resources a plus
