Best Tile is currently seeking a creative, multifaceted Marketing Associate who is: Responsible for the design and assistance of high quality and engaging print and digital content under the supervision of the Marketing Director. Examples of creatives include tile mood boards, digital/social assets, photography, video and other core marketing assets.

Requirements:

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Assist team members with day to day marketing tasks and coordinate marketing projects as

requested.

• Create engaging image and video content for use across all Best Tile’s communications, media

and marketing activities.

• Create and/or edit print and digital marketing materials (ads, sell sheets, videos, email

campaigns, internal document templates/forms, etc)

• Apply established standards to ensure marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines.
• Photograph samples and edit/retouch photos for product catalogs and websites.
• Write fresh, clear and creative (SEO based) content for various marketing materials, website,

emails, social media and other communications.

• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, social media, and best writing practices for the web.
• Assist in the development, production, maintenance and implementation of various

graphic-focused print and digital projects, marketing campaigns, and creative concepts

developed by the Marketing Director.

• Other support and administrative activities as needed.

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 2 years of professional experience in an advertising, marketing, or communications

environment.

• Graphic design and photography experience required.
• Must supply a visual portfolio.
• Proficiency working with Adobe Creative Cloud and Google Workspace.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment and independently.
• Strong organizational skills. Ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects at the same time effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines.
