Easterns Automotive Group is looking for a highly focused, dependable and motivated individual with an excellent customer service looking for a career in a fast paced environment with the ability to handle multiple customer requests and concerns with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. Able to work well independently with little to no supervision, as well as with others and understands the importance of time management.

Ability to print/ sign and explain Retail Installment Contracts along with aftermarket warranty’s and products with confidence.

Detail Orientated, ability to Analyze, evaluate and understand company policies and procedures to ensure the department is operating in compliance.

Establish and maintain positive working relationships with other team members to reach common goals. Listen and respond appropriately in a timely manner to all Corporate emails.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) and able to properly update and edit daily logs.

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form. Ability to deal with problems and utilize problem solving capabilities.

Maintains professional appearance and neat work area.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
