Eclipse is seeking a Sales Leader with extensive B2B sales and sales leadership experience to lead a team of Inside Sales professionals.

This position is 100% remote eligible.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Direct and oversee a Sales team of Account Managers primarily in the VAR space
• Responsible for setting and implementing sales objectives and initiatives
• Set short and long-term sales strategies and evaluate the effectiveness of current sales programs
• Train Sales team in solutions selling methodology
• Develop team to close opportunities and drive revenue
• Provide accurate sales forecasts
• Assist in identifying new business to grow revenue and capture the total addressable business

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Proven leadership experience
• Proven track of exceeding organizational goals and quota
• Knowledge of communication market; Two-way, DAS, CBRS, 5G
• Proven ability to develop strategy and execution plans
• Team player
• Self-Starter
• Knowledge of Distribution Sales
• Ability to quickly develop a professional Sales force
• Successful sales track record in vertical markets and/or strategic accounts
• Must have a proven track record of building and executing sales strategies to penetrate, close and manage a business in accounts

EDUCATION AND DESIRED EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent sales/leadership experience required
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in the telecommunications a sales environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
