The Head Start Bus Driver transports Head Start children and parents to and from the Head Start Center on a daily basis. The driver may also provide transportation to medical and dental appointments and to other locations involved in the Head Start program. The bus driver ensures compliance with Missouri Child Care licensing requirements and state law regarding the mandatory ing of child abuse and neglect. This position will perform minor preventative maintenance on their bus and maintain records related to the operation/maintenance of the vehicle.RESPONSIBILITIES

Must have or be able to obtain Class “C” CDL with verifiable good driving record; Must meet Missouri Automobile liability minimum requirements; Must have/or obtain current first aid/CPR certificate.
