Ecoscape is seeking a Human Resources Manager to join an amazing and collaborative team dedicated to creating landscapes that are good for people and the planet.

Ecoscape is a locally-owned business highly regarded for our environmental ethics and ecological approach to landscaping. We specialize in outdoor living environments enhanced by native and edible plantings, appropriate soil fertility, and water conservation and our services are individually customized to enrich land and lifestyle.
The Human Resources (HR) Manager is responsible for leading and directing the routine functions of the HR department including hiring/interviewing staff, supporting payroll, monitoring employee concerns, administer benefits, leave and enforcing company policies and practices in alignment with the core values.
This full-time salaried position reports to the General Manager with dotted line reporting to the Owner/President. The HR Manager interacts with employees of varying levels daily and collaborates regularly with department managers.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY TASKS:

Primary responsibilities and tasks of this position include but are not limited to:
Successful performance of the HR Manager is primarily measured by their ability to meet individual goals and support company objectives. This includes the ability to parallel the demands of an evolving company and aid in the needs of the employer for continued growth, communication and efficient leadership.

COMPENSATION: $55,000- $70,000 per YEAR
BENEFITS: Full time salaried employees enjoy 10 days of PTO and 7 paid holidays per year, an annual health benefit of $2,500, and an annual bonus commensurate with performance and work history with the company. Ecoscape also offers a mileage reimbursement program, and as applicable to specific positions and as available, use of a company vehicle, and cell phone reimbursement.
