People & Culture Virtual Administrative Assistant
We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to support our HR Team. You will be responsible for assisting the HR Manager with day-to-day admin tasks
Work Time Zone – EST from 7:30 PM – 3:30 AM
RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinating scheduling of interviews
Supporting new hire onboarding process
Updating employee systems
Researching employee engagement activities
Assisting with scheduling team activities and trainings
Other tasks as needed
REQUIREMENTS
2 – 3 Yrs of experience in HR Admin & Recruitment role is required.
You have strong organizational skills and are very detail-oriented
You have great written communication skills (English)
You’re a self-starter and you’re not afraid to ask questions and give suggestions to improve our processes
You’re proficient with G Suite, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Ability to learn our internal and external applications quickly
Are available to work EST hours
Prior experience working with an HR Team is a plus
