Eduro Healthcare is growing and is looking for an energetic and dynamic HR Manager to oversee all components of HR for 8-10 facilities

The Position

We are looking for an amazing HR Manager! Someone to join our HR team and who will be willing to jump in and audit, explore, learn and make suggestions on how to improve our overall employee experience.

Someone who ideally has worked in the skilled nursing industry and has some knowledge of HR within skilled nursing.

This is a hybrid role – Mondays in the office at company HQ (Salt Lake City, UT), remainder work from home.

• Self-paced project management skills (aka gets stuff done on time, every time. Understands deadlines and urgency)
• Critical thinking – what are the important decisions to make, when there’s no clear cut formula to follow
• Relationship building – working collaboratively and positively with HR team members, and others in the company is a MUST
