EFP, LLC Hiring for Sales and Marketing Coordinator – CRM Administrator Job at Middlebury, IN Full Time

Position Summary

The Sales and Marketing Coordinator reports to the Marketing Manager and coordinates marketing activities including promotions and advertising, corporate marketing collateral development, press release development, direct mail, and corporate events planning and management, including managing the company’s participation in trade shows and conferences. Routinely uses Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce.com, and Adobe Creative Suites in the course of performing duties.

• Develops and executes marketing and communications programs.
• Collaborates with business development managers to define and articulate EFP’s message, manage our market positioning efforts, and support our brand strategy initiatives.
• Maintains and promotes corporate website, driving traffic to the site and providing value to the selling process.
• Designs and implements printed marketing materials including sales tools, fact sheets, brochures, literature, and press releases.
• Administers CRM (Salesforce.com) and Smartsheet software technologies, working closely with management and sales staff to utilize data efficiently through dashboards and reporting.
• Coordinates the weekly Product Design and Development Planning Meeting (the “PDD Meeting”)
• Plans, promotes, and oversees company participation in trade shows.
• Coordinates advertising development and scheduling with trade publications and other media sources, ensuring timely publishing and adherence to established budget.
• Maintains inventory of our sales/marketing materials.
• Collaborates with team members to generate creative ideas to support growth and the company’s goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related discipline and at least three (3) years of experience in a marketing department; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Intermediate level proficiency in Salesforce.com, SEO/SEM, and Google Analytics is required.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suites, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Aptitude for website platform administration.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Smartsheet software is preferred.
