We are looking for an HR Business Partner (m/f/d) in Denver, Colorado, to join our 30 people team in North America and support in all people-related matters. You are an HR generalist with a hands-on can do attitude who is looking for a driven, growing team in a company with a great purpose? You are the go to person for all people-related matters across the employee life cycle for our team in North America

You partner with our global HR function and build a strong business relationship with the N. A. team by implementing and executing our people strategy and processes, with a primary focus on employee engagement and retention

You drive company policies and all administrative HR processes, such as processing the payroll twice per month via our software TriNet, creating and administering documents and managing employee benefits and absences

You partner with our global HR function in Germany to support the successful implementation and execution of our people strategy and processes in North America, including local adaptations where needed

You support your hiring managers to attract and select the best candidates for our open roles, from creating job ads and selecting the best recruiting channels, to interviewing, up to the final decision

You active drive our team culture in NA together with the business units and support e.g. by organizing after work events or team summits

You manage our office facilities in Denver, Colorado, including order management (office material, services), office equipment and office safety

Your fitness level

You possess strong time management and organizational skills

You are a self-starter with a can-do personality and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, high-growth environment

You possess excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills and ensure a good flow of information

You are people oriented, results driven, and work well both on your own and with others

You have the ability to proactively engage in difficult conversations and guide others toward a positive outcome

You bring 2+ years of relevant working experience in a Human Resources capacity, preferably in a startup environment

You are able to work on-site in our office in Denver at least 3-4 days per week

Your training goal for your first 6 months

You are a well-established point of contact to the NA team and everyone appreciates the collaboration with you

You have a good understanding of our existing HR processes and are able to execute them independently

You established good relationships also with our global HR team in Germany

You have hired successfully for at least 2 open roles
