The schedule for this role is Monday – Friday 8-5 PST.
Some of the main responsibilities of this role will include (this is not an inclusive job description):
Benefits Administration
Leaves of Absence
Workers Compensation
Primary backup for Payroll
Facilitate smooth new hire onboarding process
This position starts at $55K-$65K annually depending on experience and education. We have FANTASTIC employee benefits: Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance, 401K, PTO and up to 7 paid holidays. This position is either remote or based out of our Rocklin, CA office.
Requirements:
Skills and Qualifications
Degree in HR, business, or a related field
1-3 years’ experience in Human Resources
Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness
Resourceful, problem-solving aptitude and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies
Advanced knowledge of MS Office, HRIS systems (Paylocity preferred), and comfortable learning new technical systems as needed
