Job Description
The Quality Assurance Specialist will work daily with the Associate Director of Financial and Rental Services and Bilingual Community Health Navigators to support the activities related to El Buen’s financial and rental assistance services multi-million-dollar contracts with the City and other funders which focus on access to financial assistance in the form of cash, rent, eviction prevention, utilities, and other support. The QAS will work to promote adherence to protocols established with the project and application workflow process and conduct a thorough audit review of confidential client files to ensure information, forms and backup supported, is accurate before processing.
The QAS will work with internal staff to ensure goals and deliverables are accomplished; maintain a system to identify key activities status, challenges, solutions, and ongoing reporting; supports monitoring success benchmarks and measurements of all financial and rental assistance programs; provides administrative oversight for area of responsibility; reports quality improvements and evaluation of files to AD.
This position will be in the office on campus at El Buen headquarters in Austin, TX. This is a salaried position Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with occasional evenings, weekends, and special events.
