We are looking for future leaders for the El Camino brand!

These roles will be a huge part of one the fastest expanding restaurant groups in South Florida.

Opening West Palm Beach and Boca Raton locations in the near future as the newest restaurants with our award-winning brand.

As manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the restaurant. You should prioritize outstanding guest service and will be responsible for sourcing, hiring, and developing team members. You’ll be expected to provide a safe work environment and ensure all standards and procedures are followed.

Responsibilities

• Manage all products and day-to-day operations within budget
• Identify customer needs and respond proactively
• Attract, recruit, and train staff
• Purchase goods and make improvements
• Report sales results and productivity to management
• Comply with all health and safety regulations
• SERV safe, Food Safety Handler certification preferred
• Maintain a professional and polished appearance and demeanor in high-volume situations.
• Have a passion for exceptional dining experiences combined with substantial food and service knowledge

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
