Preferred knowledge of Greek /Mediterranean cuisine. Be able to handle all aspects of the kitchen including scheduling kitchen staff, work well with existing kitchen staff, be able to adapt to existing recipes as well as to be creative with weekend specials.
Must have at least 5 + years of experience, as well as to work the line if needed. Also to have a food handler’s permit. Spanish speaking, is not required however helpful for kitchen staff.
