THE ROLE
Elevate Staffing is seeking a qualified Part-Time Technical Recruiter to identify, recruit, screen, and present qualified candidates for our clients’ technical and complex roles. Working in collaboration with our account team(s), the Technical Recruiter must be a highly motivated individual who fits well into the team, has excellent interpersonal skills, and has a keen eye for detail.
The successful candidate will need to quickly understand the products and services we offer and immediately add value. They will be able to communicate well with the team and clearly articulate their approaches. How your role links to Elevate’s four core values:

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct intake meetings with account teams to gain a thorough understanding of hiring needs
- Identify the most effective methods for recruiting and attracting qualified candidates based on roles to be filled
- Draft and publish job ads on most effective media for open positions
- Source and contact passive candidates online (e.g. via LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
- Screen resumes and job applications
- Interview candidates and provide shortlists of qualified potential hires
- Update account manager on hiring status (e.g. number of screened candidates)
- Prepare candidates before interviews with clients
- Create talent pipelines with high-potential candidates for future job opportunities
- Keep detailed records of past applicants’ information, including resumes, assignments, and interview evaluations
- Maintain data entry for relevant recruiting metrics and reports
REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS
- 3+ years of technical recruiting experience, preferably with 2+ in the areas of gaming, augmented reality, virtual reality, project management, software engineering, data science, application development, etc.
- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
- Must be metric and results-driven
- Must be internet savvy and experienced in social media
- Ability to work independently; show initiative and be a self-starter
- Experience in sourcing for passive candidates through multiple channels
- Comfort working with a high degree of ambiguity and ever-changing priorities
- Exceptional organizational and follow-up skills with strong attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field from an accredited university/college strongly desired
