- Install, maintain/repair, remove wireless telecommunications equipment including radios, antennas, RF equipment, and associated cabling.
- Installing fiber optic cables in conduits or aerial locations such as on telephone poles or between buildings.
- Utilizes hand tools, power tools and specialty tools, including test equipment and/or laptop computer to install or repair network.
- Read and interpret customer service orders, repair tickets, technical (i.e., mechanical, electrical, digital) drawings, maps, blueprints, diagrams, etc., and perform specified work.
- Dig trenches for underground wire and cables
- Operate bucket truck w/ aerial lift
- Receive service orders and repair tickets from supervisor or other designated employees and performs specified work.
- Uses laptop computer, including but not limited to: checking email, reviewing work order tickets, or site location information.
- Work with telecom wires and cables. Work with electricity, as it relates to telecommunication systems operations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
