Description: Elite Painting and Remodeling is seeking a full-time, high-performing, driven, Direct-Writing Salesforce professional to join our team in West Hartford. We are a residential and commercial construction company specializing in interior/exterior painting, and kitchen, bath, and basement remodeling. We also provide services ranging from decking, windows, siding, roofing, flooring, ceilings, mold, and lead remediation to fire and flood damage. Daily work revolves around building strong and profitable relationships in defined niche markets. We are looking for someone who understands and appreciates our customers. The Sales team is looking for self-motivated and well-organized Account Executives that want to develop and hone their sales skills while becoming a part of a rapidly growing home improvement organization. Our Account Executives are responsible for working with marketing and inside sales to drive pipeline and revenue growth in their territory, while driving toward consistent quarterly performance. You will become a subject matter expert in our customers’ home improvement needs while identifying current challenges and opportunities while positioning our products and services to drive both top-line and bottom-line satisfaction for our customers.Responsibilities:

• Retain profitable business by providing effective, quality service

• Build and maintain quality relationships with businesses
• Leverage current customers and relationships for new growth and sales opportunities

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in business development and/or sales
• Communicate confidently in person, over the phone, and online
• Focus on the positive and strive for continual improvement

We are looking for candidates that are eager to drive their business and set goals that align with our company’s growth. Salary-based plus commission.Job Type: Full-timePay: $50,000.00 – $200,000.00 per yearSchedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
