What will you do in a typical day?
- Performing various maintenance and repairs on a wide array of municipal equipment.
- Diagnose, repair, adjust, and modify all specialized heavy-duty components. (On the job training will be provided on specialized equipment.)
- Coordinating and installing custom equipment on new and used refuse trucks
- Evaluate and refurbish used truck trade-ins
- Perform DOT inspections
What would make you a good fit?
- Hydraulic and electrical experience
- Strong welding skills are a plus
- Class B CDL license or the ability to obtain
- Self-motivated, willing to take initiative
- Willingness to expand your knowledge
- Must have your own general tools
Requirements
As part of our application process, all applicants must have a valid drivers license. Applicants will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
