If you are aBusiness Developmentprofessional looking for an opportunity to grow,Emersons ASCObrand has an exciting opportunity for you! In this role, you willbe responsible for identifying and developing incremental business in the Clinical Lab Segment (In-Vitro Diagnostics, Lab Instrumentation). This is aREMOTEposition located in the United States.
AS A BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER, YOU WILL:
- Identify and develop incremental business in the Analytical & Medical Segment to meet global and regional growth objectives
- Engage and drive specification at identified global and regional strategic accounts
- Collaborate with the Sales organization to win profitable new business by finding opportunities, learning customer needs, providing application and market expertise, and delivering Emerson Analytical & Medical value proposition
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Marketing and Engineering to deliver voice of customer insight used to develop global segment strategies
- Our Analytical & Medical Segment includes OEMs manufacturing Analytical Instruments (Lab and Industrial) and Medical Devices (Ventilators, Oxygen Concentrators, Dialysis Equipment, Surgery Equipment).
REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Sales or Marketing or relevant work experience
- 5+ years of experience in fluid control (valve or pump) sales to OEMs in the Analytical and/or Medical space
- Shown success driving incremental business
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Outstanding Self-Awareness
- Ability to travel 60% 65%
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
