If you are a CUSTOMER SERVICEprofessional looking for an opportunity to grow, Emerson has an exciting opportunity for you!Based in our KENNESAW, GAlocation, you willsupport both the Customer Service team and the Manufacturing Support team with entering orders, phone and email support, answering general customer inquiries consisting of, but not limited to, order status, pricing, availability,and tracking. Communication with internal/external customers on late part status with daily reporting to key contacts.
AS AN OPERATIONS SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE, YOU WILL:
Research and communicate late part/order status to the internal Projects Team and external customers as needed.
Accept and process orders as required from Customers for new and refurbished replacement parts.
Answer general part inquiries such as pricing, availability, shipment status, tracking, and other order/part related questions
Interact with customers and resolve customer service problems and defuse sensitive issues with diplomacy and tact, in a timely manner.
Issue RMA numbers and create RMA sales orders to our customers as required
Project image of quality service to customers.
Assist others, communicate, and participate as part of a team.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
High School Diploma
A minimum of two years Customer Service experience
Excellent communications skills
Basic computer skills including Office 365, Excel, Outlook, WebEx
Legal authorization to work in the United States – Sponsorship will not be provided for this role.
PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
Customer Service experience in an office enviroment.
An understanding of supply chain and/or manufacturing.
