This position is responsible for driving key initiatives across Professional Tools relative to talent review systems and processes, training and development, talent acquisition, and diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Based in our Elyria, Ohio location, you will join a highly collaborative team that executes our People Strategy and delivers HR services to our global organization.
AS A TALENT & ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT MANAGER, YOU WILL:

Flexible Work Schedule – Core Hours:
You can choose to flex your start and stop times given you are working during the core hours of 9:00am – 3:00pm. Our teams work together to ensure our chosen work schedules enable our creativity and productivity as we serve the needs of our customers. Ability to travel between 5% – 10% for the position.
