Emich Automotive is a large family owned preowned dealership location in Denver, Colorado. We have a small team which acquires inventory so our lot remains full while other dealers struggle to maintain inventory during these interesting times. Emich Automotive is looking for someone with automotive experience to join our buying team. We expect the best out of our sales department as we are always at the top in customer satisfaction. We are dedicated to building long term employees and promote from within. Our entire management team started in another position with Emich.
Automotive Buying Representative JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Buying Representatives spend time with customers to determine their needs and discuss vehicle options
- Evaluate vehicle values while offering fair & accurate values to the customers
- Buying Representatives commit to becoming an auto sales expert and gain in-depth knowledge of vehicles and technology
- Buying Representatives road test vehicles to evaluate condition
- Complete quote, acquire payoffs, prepare title work
- Follow up with prospective customers and return email / voicemail
- Support on-line customers by setting appointments
- Follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate leads

Automotive Buying Representative JOB REQUIREMENTS
- The ideal candidate must have a strong desire to succeed.
- Prior experience working with customers and providing an exceptional experience.
- Steady work history and the commitment to starting a new career
- Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a “people person”)
- Basic computer, email and internet proficiency
- Excellent appearance, verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Must possess the ability to ask for the sale and follow through
- Saturday availability is needed as well as some evening hours
- Valid U.S. Driver’s license
- Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check, DMV screen, and drug screen
