As a Part-Time HR Generalist, you will provide fractional Human Resources support to our small business clients. You will play a key role in addressing HR concerns, advising on legal matters, and developing HR materials, all while utilizing a variety of tools to ensure seamless service delivery in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate and respond to client and employee inquiries regarding HR concerns promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Advise clients on the legal implications of federal and state laws and rulings.
• Develop and finalize HR materials, including policy creation, updates, and interpretation.
• Manage vendors providing HR services to clients, such as benefits and payroll providers.
• Document and maintain HR records and metrics, providing actionable feedback to clients.
• Serve as a trusted sounding board for client HR decisions and challenges.

Tools and Software:

• Slack for internal communications
• Front for email management
• Asana for tracking activities and projects
• Calendly for scheduling meetings
• Loom for recording and sharing videos
• HR/Payroll Systems (varies by client)

Work Schedule:

• This is a part-time role, averaging 20 hours per week.
• We offer flexibility with work hours but require availability for support at least two mornings per week.
