Position: Construction Foreman

Location: Various locations on Maui

Experience: Previous supervisory construction experience is required

Education: High School Diploma; College Degree in related field of study preferred

Type: Full-time; Contract

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00AM to 4:30PM; Opportunities for overtime will likely be available

Pay: Up to $35/hr, based on experience

Employers Options is seeking a Construction Foreman to join our growing and dynamic team for various locations on the Island of Maui!

Job Description:

As a Construction Foreman, expectations are:

• Coordinate field operations and oversee workers
• Serve as the liaison between workers and supervisors
• Lead team to fulfill scope of work/project
• Caulking, Finish Painting, Punching In/Out, Spackling
• Supervisory duties

Position Requirements:

• Must have own transportation
• Must wear clean t-shirt, long pants, and steel-toe boots while working on-site
• Must be able to complete daily responsibilities with little to no assistance.
• Must be able to lift (up to) 40 pounds
• Excellent interpersonal skills, which include, written, verbal and listening.
• Puntual attendance; Dependable
• Organized, detail, and task oriented.
