Location Milwaukee, WI or Dublin, OH

Currently we have an opening for a Employee Experience Specialist who will provide stellar service to clients and employees by being responsive, timely, and accurate in all communications regarding benefits, payroll and human resources. We offer a two-week training program. Shift hours are 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. or 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Responsibilities include:

• Answer and assist with any employee questions that come into the team via phone or email. (Approximately 60% of the day)
• Fully manage remote new hire onboardings including pre-employment screening management, welcome phone calls and emails to new employees, coordinating, tracking, and collecting all paperwork, verifying I-9 documentation, and assisting employees as needed through the process
• Answer employee questions regarding company policies, benefits, employment practices, payroll, and basic HR administration.
• Understand the clients various policies and practices in order to provide guidance and answer employee questions accurately
• Work with rest of the team to ensure clients are satisfied with the service that is provided and that all requests that come through the team are responded to timely and accurately

* Partner with team members across the organization in accomplishing team projects and process improvements

• Follow up with internal teams, clients, and employees on any open items in order to solve issues and provide excellent service
• May occasionally assist other business leaders with onsite client or employee meetings
