Large International automotive manufacturing company located in New Haven Indiana is looking for a Operations Manager that can manage people and activities of several different groups within the production team in a large facility. This is a 450 person, union plant operates 24/7 three shift operation.
Key Activities Include:
- Ensure the Safety of employees on the Production Team
- Achieve productivity objectives
- Manage and KPI’s for the Production Team
- Works with Optimization Team to improve efficiency of operations
- Lead Team with Professional Approach
Position Qualifications Include:
- Bachelor Degree
- 5+ years working as a Operations or Manufacturing Manager in a plant manufacturing environment
- Proven Track Record of leading teams in 24/7 operations
