To be a good fit for the Customer Service Associate opportunity, you will have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent with 2 years post graduate education preferred
• Minimum of 3 years experience in Optical Sales and Customer Service. Optician certification is a plus.
• Provencomputer skills, including a basic understanding of the Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Familiarity with Salesforce is strongly preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
