- Permanent position for an HR Generalist for day to day administrative functions.
- Support the employee engagement and recognition programs.
- Plan morale boosting company events, gifts and giveaways.
- Collect employee surveys and analyze results.
- Responsible for tracking status of candidates in the Applicant Tracking System.
- Schedule interviews.
- Participate in recruiting and interviewing process.
- Responsible for preparation of onboarding paperwork.
- Responsible for preparation of benefit enrollment information.
- Maintain presence on professional social media.
- Bachelor’s in Human Resources or related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years experience in a human resources roll.
- Understanding of HR practices and procedures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.
