Job Summary:
The Quality Coordinator is responsible for assessing and meeting the needs of patients and families. The Quality Coordinator supports the Care Management team, ensuring all pertinent patient information is shared amongst team members. They regularly assess the practice for compliance within various programs and offer suggestions to improve workflows. Quality Coordinators ensure patient care gaps are being appropriately addressed.

Job Essentials:
A minimum of 2 years experience working as a Medical Assistant in a physician practice.

Education Requirements:
High School Diploma required
Medical Assistant certification required
