As the HR Coordinator, you will:
help to support and drive HR strategies that are aligned with the overall business objectives.
What you’ll do here:
Partner with Support Center and/or Divisional leaders to drive business results by actively engaging in the development and execution of HR initiatives.
Strong ability to lead change and be flexible with priorities in an ambiguous, dynamic, and changing environment.
Consistently researches and offers suggestions to further advance HR function and processes.
Responsible for ad hoc HR projects for the Support Center.
Responsible for the project management of HR strategy workstreams (including Diversity Inclusion and Belonging and GPTW).
Support the data collection process for HR initiatives; performance management, HR audits, and routine or general field/ support center requests.
Support vendor relationship(s) and provides updates, troubleshoot service issues, and educate end users when appropriate. Additional duties as assigned.
We’d love to talk if you have:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in progressive HR roles
A Bachelor’s degree
Strong track record of collaboration and teamwork
Possess consistent drive, energy and a strong bias for action.
Display an extraordinary ability to handle ambiguity and a creative approach to problem solving.
A proven team player and team builder and excel at partnering and influencing decision making at all levels of the organization.
Exhibits organizational savvy and knows to whom and where to go to get things done.
Excellent communicator and has the strong ability to astutely communicate internally and externally as required, on behalf of the organization.
Bonus points if:
You have your PHR or SHRM-CP.
You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred
You have multi-site exposure
You have demonstrated progression within the HR Field
You have experience working with Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging initiatives and engagement surveys
Salary Range: $45000 – $55000 , Based on experience.
