Full Job Description
The HR Recruiting Coordinator administers the day-to-day operations of the Human Resource office for the facility. The HR Coordinator assists in the administration of the human resources functions complying with policies & procedures, recruitment, leave of absence coordination and benefits. Duties also include licensure/training education tracking, filing and assisting in organizing all employee activities and in-services.
REQUIREMENTS:
Experience: A minimum of one (1) year of experience in hospital business office and/or human resources, preferably in a health care setting; or any combination of education, training or experience in a Long Term Care or SNF setting is preferred
