For more information, visit ephesoft.com.Our Customer Success team is looking for a motivated and detail oriented Technical Infor Account Manager (TAM) that will own the Ephesoft/Infor relationship and the overall integration with Infor. You will have responsibility for working with Infor, focused on ensuring that their clients are maximizing the value in their Ephesoft investment while integrating Ephesoft with the Infor platform. You will have experience collaborating with clients and translating complex technical issues into tangible solutions. You will create and build relationships with Infor and their customers, developing a deep technical understanding of their Ephesoft implementation(s), sharing technical best practices and act as point of contact for any major incidents, and managing the customer’s expectations and communications through resolution of such incidents.If you are right for this role, you will:
