Responsibilities
Develop a strong understanding of the business to apply necessary people practices to enhance business performance and culture
Build credibility and trust in HR by providing a strong and visible HR leadership presence with executives, people managers and employees, locally and globally
Partner with assigned leaders and HR colleagues to implement HR solutions in support of business objectives
Collaborate with business leaders and managers of people to attract, retain and develop best in class talent and foster an inclusive and highly principled culture
Oversee all aspects of the employee life cycle including talent development, succession planning, employee engagement and performance management
Facilitate the annual promotion and compensation processes for assigned business groups. Partner collaboratively to ensure compensation practices align with business results and are competitive in the market
Leveraging skilled expertise provide guidance in the management of employee relations issues
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years’ progressive experience as a human resources business partner
Experience in a strategic HR role with executive-level interface and a high degree of executive influence
Capability in major human resources disciplines including talent development and retention, DE&I, employee relations and compensation
Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills
Successful track record of relationship building, problem solving, analytical skills and sound judgement
A strong understanding and ability to apply all applicable HR laws and regulations as well as current business and talent market trends
Excellent written, listening and oral communication skills
Strong business acumen and intellectual curiosity
