Equinox Games Hiring for Game Producer at Remote Full Time

About us:
Equinox Games is looking for a game producer based in North America with at least 1 year of relevant experience in management.

He/She will be asked to handle upcoming projects in North America.

We are a fun, teamwork oriented and completely remote Canadian based video game studio.

Job Responsibilities:
Own the timeline, deliverable schedule, and budget for an in-development project

Work with project leads to prioritize features and maintain project backlog

Work with external partners to relay the status of the game, prioritize project milestone goals and prepare/submit milestone deliverables.

Define and implement workflows for content and code production

Run key production meetings such as Sprint Planning, Weekly Reviews, and Stand-ups

Track & report on overall progress of project

Work with studio leadership on key staffing and project risk mitigation

Work with studio leadership on overall studio roadmap and planning

Knowledge in:
Jira

LiveOps

Time estimates

Video game industry

Experience in Management related or not with the Video game industry

Fluent in English
