The Vice President of Human Resources (HR) Operations plays a critical role in helping the company deliver an exceptional employee experience and enabling the work of HR. They will lead the strategic vision and execution of HR operations, which leverages technology and enables simplification and standardization of all people processes. This role ensures effective management and execution of all aspects of total rewards including base pay, incentive compensation and equity; benefits and retirement planning; data management and centralized business processing. The role will also regularly partner with Finance and Legal to oversee the administration of executive compensation – Section 16 officer equity elections and awards, as well as prepare critical materials for the Board.
Reporting directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer, the VP HR Operations fosters high levels of collaboration and coordination between HR operations and the HR Business Partners, HR Transformation and Communications functions to ensure effective service delivery and agility to deliver business priorities.The VP HR Operations will directly manage a team of 3-5 director-level leaders to deliver on its strategic deliverables and will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and supporting this team to ensure a highly motivated team and daily HR operations are well executed and effective.
If you are a strategic HR leader with a bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of progressive leadership experience as an HR business partner and/or COE leader, we are looking for you! Knowledge of HR functions (executive compensation, base pay and incentive compensation, benefits, HRIS, etc), and state and federal laws and regulations that influence is critical. Experience preparing and presenting information to the Board, Certifications in SHRM, CEBS, CCP is a plus.
