THE OPPORTUNITY:
This is a Full-Time position, M-F 7AM – 3:30PM, with additional hours as business needs require.
We’re looking for a new team member to assist in managing IT asset disposal (ITAD) pick ups from locations nationwide to fulfill our clients’ needs.
While most of the time you will help service the state of CA and nearby states, but it is possible that we will request for you to support on pickups further away as well.

WHAT DO ITAD SERVICES LOOK LIKE?*
When large organizations refresh their technology, they need someone to pick up and properly manage/handle the retired assets. Each pick up will be coordinating just that.
This includes following timelines, acquiring necessary resources (tools, bins, truck rental), and collaborating with team members.
This role is unique in that you’ll be supporting in many areas of our business i.e., warehouse support, inventory management, client pickups from many sites (near and far), client rapport building, and hard drive destruction.
This team is an extension of our other AZ, IA, TN, and TX Operations teams, with a goal of helping us reach more businesses and increasing our community impact.

Communication Skills
We need to serve our clients in an organized and timely manner, in which case, teamwork is crucial to getting this done! You will communicate professionally onsite, and consistently touch base with our internal team.
Technically Inclined
Considering the products we sell, and the services we provide, a candidate with intimate knowledge of computers, networking equipment, and electronics in general will have a better foundation to start from.
Team Player/Adaptable
You accept and embrace that your days won’t always look the same. You encourage and support others you work alongside of. You’re willing to help in any department when you’re in town.
