Reports directly to the Director of Sales. Position is fully remote with dotted line responsibility to the headquarters located in Salem, Oregon.
Job Summary:
The Key Account Manager (KAM) will represent ESHA to our largest and most important customers. The KAM is responsible for maintaining and growing key customer relationships and aligning our product and service to meet the current and go-forward needs of the client. The Key Account Manager champions client relationships and is at the center of communications between the customer and ESHA. This position will proactively sell products/services solutions and leverage their expertise of the customers’ needs to provide value-added services. They may also work cross-functionally to align distinct departments of these top customers with our respective departmental representatives at the company. Their chief responsibility is delivering an impeccable customer experience.
