Position SummaryThe Account Coordinator is an extremely important and vital position to the success of the warehouse operations. This individual is responsible for the daily execution and communications to warehouse staff, and constantly monitors and processes customer orders. The role also serves as the liaison between the client and operations and is the principle point of contact for the client and must understand client expectations while partnering with operations to ensure outstanding service.This role is also responsible for providing operational management and support at a warehouse location to ensure efficient and timely pick-up and delivery, handling of customer orders, and shipments. Ensures compliance with safety, security, regulatory, and company policies.Daily responsibilities and activities include but are not limited to order and inventory management, customer service, data entry, report generation and analysis, auditing, quality and control, internal and external communications, transportation coordination, personnel management and misc. administrative duties.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesDuties include but are not limited to the following:
