A&E Project Coordinator – Job Description

EukonGroup (https://eukongroup.com) is a growing, mid-size company that specializes in all scopes of telecommunication development. Our specialty is in Wireless Cell Sites. We design and incorporate Cell sites into the built environment, on every type of real property, in all parts of Southern California and Hawaii.

We are seeking a Project Coordinator with a minimum of 2 years of previous Construction or A&E coordination experience. Experience in wireless telecom preferred. Must be proficient in Excel, highly organized, pro-active , able to multi-task and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate project activities, schedule site walks and order 3rd party services.
• Break down projects into action items and set time for deliverables
• Order and follow up on 3rd party vendor services to ensure deliverable deadlines are met
• Maintain real-time project tracker with forecast dates, deliverables and action items
• Assist in task assignments and assist with schedule management
• Make sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve
• Collaborate with end of month billing
• Monitor project progress and pro-actively address any issues that arise
• Assist with printing/assembly/distribution/shipment of drawing sets
• Act as the point of contact and communicate project status
• Work with the Production and Department Managers and internal departments to successfully drive projects to project completion and streamline procedures
• Use tools to monitor deliverables, plans and expedite
• Create and maintain project documentation, plans and reports
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple drafting projects
