Position Summary: Responsible for management of staff; development, implementation and
administration of employee benefit programs; policies and procedures. Assist with annual budget
preparation and budget management. Lead due diligence on target acquisitions and integrations
for newly acquired business units. Collaborate with HR leadership team to ensure smooth
running and service of HR department for all US employees and business units in accordance
with vision, values, and strategic goals of the company.
