To be successful in this position, the candidate should have knowledge of water, wastewater, stormwater and erosion control products. The candidate should have excellent organizational skills. Knowledge of Massachusetts Water Resources Authority (MWRA) and municipal water and sewer systems is beneficial for the position, but not required.

This position will provide support to our estimating and sales team at our Middleton, Massachusetts location.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Develop relationships within designated territory with company personnel, customer base, vendors, and engineering community.
• Identify, monitor, and prepare project bidding documents, materials take-offs, and pricing estimates within the designated territory.
• Coordinate, assist, and support during planning, design, development, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting processes.
• Performing quality control on all projects, writing reports, and making recommendations for improvement.
• Generating sales within our established Contractor and Municipal customer base.
• Responding to requests from customers for product information.
• Utilize and maintain CRM tools for project management and tracking.
• Supporting Outside Salesforce by entering orders and accessing customer and product information when they are out on the road.
• Generate, Log, and Respond to Submittals and Submittal Comments.
• Review and Understand Engineering Plans and Documents.
• Generate and Track Purchase Orders with our Vendors/Suppliers.
• Track and follow up on current and future bidding opportunities.

Requirements

• Must pass a criminal and background check, and pre-employment drug screen.
• Overnight travel may be required at times to attend training and Company seminars.

Physical Demands:

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.
