Human Resources Assistant (Remote)
Salary Range: $27 to $55
Responsibilities
- The Human Resources Assistant ensures personnel records are retained according to legal/compliance standards and best practices
- This position is a full-time (40 hours weekly) temporary assignment
- The role will be 100% remote
- Migrates personnel records from former HR systems to the company network drives
- Audits existing personnel files to ensure key records have been retained
- Collect onboarding compliance documents from employees and contractors
- Prepare onboarding compliance documents to send to clients
- Able to maintain an approachable and appropriate attitude when interacting with all levels of personnel in a rapidly changing environment
Qualifications
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of information and exercise good judgment and discretion in handling and disseminating information
- Eagerness to work independently as well as part of a team with flexibility and willingness to learn and take initiative on variety of tasks and projects If you are a self-starter who is passionate about supporting a dynamic and growing company, we would love to hear from you
