Excelsior Security Agency is Florida’s most innovative and proactive private security company. Our services are designed to be the SUPERIOR solution to our clients security needs. We are currently looking for qualified applicants to serve as a Human Resource Specialist. This position would report to the Director of Operations and Chief of Service to assist in daily human resources needs.

Position Responsibilities:

• Answer HR related phone calls

• Organize and schedule Interviews

• Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms

• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

• Develop and maintain a filing system

• Provide general support to visitors

• Provide information by answering questions and requests

• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

• Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
• Maintain computer and manual filing systems

• Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner

• Reply to email, telephone or face to face inquiries

• Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient

• Resolve administrative HR problems such as payroll and onboarding
• Greet and assist visitors to the office

Minimum Qualifications

• Proven Human Resources Experience (1-2 Years Preferred)

• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Experience with On-Boarding of New Employees, Employee Termination Procedures and Payroll

• Attention to detail and problem solving skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational and planning skills

• Proficient in MS Office, Paychex, and Google programs

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Other HR Qualifications if applicable
