Summary

(This role is accepting full-time remote applicants)

The Paid Search Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day management of both Google and Bing Shopping campaigns for middle to top tier clients for an array of e-commerce stores. The day-to-day duties may include managing and optimizing ecommerce marketing campaigns as well as performing analysis. This role will be responsible for identifying opportunities to expand visibility and profitability within each campaign. The Paid Search Specialist will also assist with driving key initiatives as well as training and mentoring Coordinators and Specialists. The role will collaborate with senior members in the Paid Advertising department to help iterate service methodology and tool creation.

Essential Functions:

• Paid Search Account Management
  • Day-to-day management of Paid Search clients through strategy development and execution
  • Implement campaign tactics and optimizations, as well as maintain client monthly budgets and other important account metrics
  • Provide recommendations and execute strategies for growth opportunities for client accounts and work closely with Senior Paid Search team members to ensure accounts are on the path to hit client goals, such as maximizing ROI
  • Strategic development and implementation for Paid Search accounts that improves client performance and satisfaction
• Client Communication & Delivery
  • Communicate strategically with clients regularly on campaign performance and deliverables, as well as internally with the Account team
  • Generate and analyze client reporting and speak effectively towards performance for all major metrics, goals tracking, revenue pacing, and other Paid Search initiatives
• Industry Knowledge & Core Skills
  • Ability to follow changes in ecommerce and Paid Search marketing industry and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Serve as a resource for campaign management and troubleshooting
  • Proven resourcefulness, showing initiative to research before asking questions
  • Meet and exceed key department metrics

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree with at least 1 year of experience successfully managing and growing Paid Search accounts
• Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Merchant Center, and Bing Ads experience and knowledge
• Google Ads & Bing Ads Certifications required
• Strong understanding on Google and Bing Paid Search campaign management
• High proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools as well as internal reporting tools
• Able to manage multiple tasks and projects under tight deadlines while keeping a professional demeanor
• Strong skills in analysis, critical thinking, problem solving
• Self-motivated, independent, proactive
• Proven organizational and communication skills
