Responsible for preparing, posting, verifying and recording customer payments and transactions related to accounts receivables.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Obtain payment status of specific invoices from customers or payment centers through written or verbal communication
- Document payment status of specific invoices within the AR system on a weekly basis to ensure aging is up to date
- Collaboration with stakeholders for resolution of any disputes
- Reconciling payments received against original invoice
- Knowledge and understanding of payments terms on an individual account basis
- Foster an environment of teamwork
- Maintain and update SOP for owned accounts
- Strengthen and grow relationships with clients by communicating with customers regarding accounts
- Assist in streamlining and improving the accounts receivable process identifying areas of performance improvement
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience and proven ability to manage complex customer receivables
- Advanced Microsoft Excel abilities & skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with different levels within our customers’ company about issued invoices
- Understanding basic principles of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping

The hours for this position are Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
