Regional Operations Manager – DIRECT HIRE – Leads Dallas, Waco, Waxahachie and Belton, TX stores (so Ellis County ideal Home Base). Ultimately responsible for overall performance of financial results and key operating metrics, including hiring and developing store leaders and staff, ensuring safety practices are following and providing outstanding customer service with every client interaction. Collaborating with other Regional Leaders with equipment procurement and availability, and handling other issues. MUST HAVE 2+ YEARS OF RENTAL STORE MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE TO BE CONSIDERED. Knowledge of construction equipment, strong self-motivation, sales experience and phone skills are a must. Pay is $100k – $120k base depending on experience plus $20k – $50k bonus based on region performance for prior year. This $120k – $170k package also includes fully paid short/long-term disability, PTO, subsidized health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k, and other benefits.
