Operations Manager
We are looking for an office Operations Manager to coordinate and improve the processes of a busy, upbeat award-winning team. In this role you will assist with all aspects of operations including but not limited to implementing the right processes and practices, formulating strategies, improving performance, and ensuring compliance of the SOP. You will be instrumental in increasing quality of customer service and implementing best practices across all levels. Ultimately, the team will trust you to increase their revenues while remaining compliant and efficient.
Responsibilities
- Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
- Purchasing of office supplies and marketing materials
- Find ways to increase quality of customer service
- Payroll
- Accounts Receivable
- Event planning
- Social Media Management (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram)
- Vendor Management
- Personnel onboarding
- Ensure organization’s processes are efficient, process driven and legally compliant
- Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices
Skills
- Proven work experience as operations manager, office manager, or similar role
- Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
- Familiarity with business and financial principles
- Leadership abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Superior attention to detail
- Degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field is preferred

Pay: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
