Summary of Position
The Senior Account Manager will build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients through consultative sales efforts. The responsibilities of the Senior Account Manager include communicating the value proposition and demonstrating common or unique uses of FAIR Health data products to increase and expand sales. The candidate will have experience selling or supporting data products and solutions within the health plan, TPA, health system and consulting markets; workers’ compensation, auto liability, and healthcare legislative and regulatory knowledge a plus. The individual will work with FAIR Health?s business development and account management teams and report to the Director of Sales under the Executive Director, Business Development and Chief Client Officer.
Primary Responsibilities

• Identify and establish relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders in potential and existing client groups.
• Use relationship management techniques to develop selling opportunities; manage current relationships and develop new selling relationships within existing and new markets.
• Utilizing a consultative approach, discuss business goals with prospects and develop a formal quote, a written sales proposal or a formal sales presentation addressing their business needs.
• Develop an account plan to sell to clients based on their business needs.
• Maintain and grow knowledge of clients? business and industry to assess opportunities.
• Stay abreast of market trends, new products and clients? ability to utilize these products.
• Manage contract requirements in collaboration with the technical and legal staff.
• Attend conferences and seminars to increase FAIR Health?s presence and name recognition through networking with industry professionals.
• Meet with the Director of Sales to provide updates, including forecast/pipeline information.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions with the business development team.
